1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AURUM Intelligence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of Service
AURUM Intelligence provides AI-generated trading signal intelligence for informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All signals are algorithmic outputs and do not constitute personalized financial advice.
3. No Broker Integration
AURUM does not connect to, access, or execute trades on any brokerage account. Signals are delivered via Telegram only. All trade execution decisions are made solely by the subscriber.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Signal Accuracy and Risk
Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk of financial loss. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose. AURUM Intelligence assumes no liability for trading losses.
6. Intellectual Property
All AURUM signal methodology, intelligence layers, and content are proprietary. Redistribution of signals to third parties is prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in signal redistribution, or abuse the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
AURUM Intelligence's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
