To deliver signals via Telegram, process payments via Stripe, personalize signal delivery based on your tier and watchlist, and improve signal quality via aggregated performance data.
3. Data Storage
User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) or legal compliance.
4. Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
5. Telegram
Signals are delivered via Telegram. Telegram's privacy policy governs data within their platform.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted upon request.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us via Telegram.
