1. Information We Collect
Telegram user ID and username (for bot access), email address (for billing via Stripe), account size preference (for position sizing guidance), and signal interaction data (watchlist assets, signal preferences).
2. How We Use Your Information
To deliver signals via Telegram and Discord, process payments via Stripe, personalize signal delivery based on your tier and watchlist, and improve signal quality via aggregated performance data.
3. Data Storage
User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) or legal compliance.
4. Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
5. Telegram
Signals are delivered via Telegram. Telegram's privacy policy governs data within their platform.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted upon request.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Mobile app users can permanently delete their account and all associated data in-app via Account → Delete Account; web and bot users may request deletion via Telegram. Deletion removes your authentication account, saved configuration, and paper-trading records.
8. Mobile Application
The AURUM mobile app (iOS and Android) authenticates via Supabase Auth using your email address. It collects only what is needed to operate: your email (authentication), your risk-envelope and notification preferences, and your paper-trading configuration and simulated positions — all stored per-user in Supabase with row-level security, so no user can access another user's data. The app is paper-first: it never places live trades and never handles brokerage credentials. It does not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics beyond what is required for authentication and crash-free operation. Only the public (anonymous) Supabase key ships in the app; no secret keys are embedded.
